Phenomenal fishing, boating and an amazing array of activities awaits the outdoor enthusiast.  Cabins and boats are currently available for rental to facilitate full enjoyment of this wilderness area.  Extensive amounts of West Point Lake and the shoreline are under the conservatory protection of the U.S. Corps of Engineers.  This means development has been controlled and the pristine beauty of the area preserved.  

Our controlled development plans will be carefully coordinated to insure all environmental standards are met or exceeded.  Our goal is to provide accommodations and amenities that will permit more people to enjoy this fabulous, yet largely unknown, natural resource that is only 12 miles from our development at The Venue in Valley. 

Upon design approval, our goal is to provide expanded capacity in rental cabins and an expanded number of boat slips.  A resort quality hotel and conference center, including a creatively designed golf course is also planned.  Eventually, surrounding property may be used to develop a controlled, accessible, high-quality retirement community.
